I just want to say a quick "Hello" to everyone, and that I am sorry I have not updated the blog in quite a few days. My whole foods program I'm teaching at Cuesta College just started this week, and I have a few other things going on, so I have had no time to cook or test recipes. I will soon!! Maybe Friday.
